At FoxFire Wicks, every candle is crafted with care and intention. We want your experience to be as steady and bright as the flame itself. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help guide the way forward.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Exclusions: Because of the nature of our products, used candles, custom orders, and sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Begin a Return
Email us at FoxFireWicks@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
